TimeforaChange InGovernment: Found out hard way, do NOT use immersion blender in a non-stick pot. I did, & the few times it, not the blade, but safety protector around blade, SCRAPED the bottom & took off the non-stick layers & a bit of the metal bottom too. Never thought if, bell bottom of blender touched bottom of pan, it would SCRAPE down to metal.
Ended up throwing away about 4 gallons of roasted tomato soup. =€
TimeforaChange InGovernment: Instead of using table salt & white sugar, you'd be better off w/Pink Himalayan or Celtic Grey salt & an organic sugar. Table salts have only 2 minerals Pink has 84, & Celtic has 92. White sugar, refined sugar, whatever you want to call it, is TOXIC to the human body.
