jesoby: Looked like you were foam rolling your calves which will have benefits but you should also massage front of lower leg by getting in to a sprint start crouch.
PhallicNipples: Is getting shin splints very often normal or am I doing something wrong, my current exercises only include srpinting and running, Ive tried resting but I usually get lazy if I havent ran in a few days.
