BigVanVader 77: How much protein per kg would you recommend for a 40+ y/o heavy weight training 5 days a week? I'm seeing good gains but recently realized I tend to not hit my protein goal (115g) in MFP. My typical protein intake is around 70-90g/day.

Stella Caughell: Dr Jason Fung allows for fat fasts in his intermittent fasting protocol. He is a keto/IF promoting kidney and diabetes doctor.

Alina Cretu: Fat fast idea comes from dr Atkins actualy and he recommends for the ones who have a hard metabolic resistance to fat loss . He said eat for few days 1000 cal only fat to break this down . It is in his 20 chapter of his book. 😊
