Mato Lato: This is just superb, been searching for "exercise plateau" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Conabel Muscle Marmsome - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my m8 got cool results with it.

Stella Caughell: Dr Jason Fung allows for fat fasts in his intermittent fasting protocol. He is a keto/IF promoting kidney and diabetes doctor.

Alina Cretu: Fat fast idea comes from dr Atkins actualy and he recommends for the ones who have a hard metabolic resistance to fat loss . He said eat for few days 1000 cal only fat to break this down . It is in his 20 chapter of his book. 😊

Chase Potter: I like water fasts but fat fasting puts me in ketosis much faster....

Mr Constantin: I hit a “plateau” based on my bathroom scale but keto is a very forgiving/adaptable regimen so I’m trying different things, like maybe exercising more, not exercising at all, long cardio, omad, or two meals, longer fast window in IF.
My whole philosophy was I’ll never do IF and I’ll only try keto if I don’t have to force myself to the point I won’t keep it for life. Interestingly keto naturally made IF possible, and I’m on a modified keto diet, I eat fruits/berries. I factor that into my weight loss expecting delayed results. So far 30lbs in three months. Granted at least 10lbs of that is water weight from low carbs and reduced inflammation.
If I stayed at this weight, which I won’t, I can’t say I’d be disappointed. I would like to get ripped but it’s winter and I’m not outside as much. So that too I think is a factor.

Mountain Mama: Dr. Darren Schmidt has a channel on here talking about the science and history of a mimicking fast that is essentially a fat fast though not at high calorie as many fat fast protocols I've read about.

The scale is a liar a lot of the time. I just thought I hit a stall. Took a little walk and the next day my body fat % miraculously went down almost 3%!
I am hypothyroid with adrenal fatigue so exercise is light.
It's 12 weeks keto for me tomorrow and 17 lbs. Gone. Nothing I tried prior helped me lose an ounce and I kept putting the "crazy" keto diet on hold. Wish I started sooner.
