My simple to make oat pancakes, a great meal for breakfast or anytime during the day. The ingredients would make about 5 pancakes, containing approx. 500kcal, 30g protein, 55g carbs and 15g fat. If you are on a lean or healthy diet these are a perfect way to start the day or even for snacking.
