Valberta G: Sweet!! Looking for low fat versions of gumbo!!

Christina Jennings: Okay so I tried this recipe last night for Sunday dinner. First time making gumbo . YUM! one thing though, not sure if when I used the chicken stock I was supposed to only use 1 quart of liquid, I ended up with 1 qt stock and 1 qt water.......so it was bit soupy but nonetheless still delicious. Also in the end I needed more salt. I added chicken as well and subbed the Andouille for a mix of hardwood smoked turkey sausage and hot Italian turkey sausage. Think I'm taking this to work tomorrow!
