jasiaaj: Great exercises :) love it! I have thunder thights + cellulite and run for year and nothing change ( know I have my study and most of the time I sit at uni or at home studying) ! Maybe it's hope for me. .. How many times a week should I do this to build some muscles ??? And Two sets each exercise right ???
