Стоян Х.: Thank you Thomas, Great advice. i know that a lot of ppl try to not eat through the entire day before they get to the meal. and that can be bad because when you sit down on a holiday table starving you can eat even 3K calories and over without even realizing it. And after you havent eaten almost anything the whole day your metabolism slows down which adds salt to injury. So thats a no no. Eating foods with lots of fiber to help you fill up which have lower calories is a better alternative, presuming you cant do a HIIT before the party.

Ivette: Can you suggest any healthy replacement shakes for people without gallbladders? i'm in desperate need to figure out which ones to get that has protein and that are vegan. I would really really appreciate it so much :)

Mario Tomic: I agree that focusing on whole unprocessed foods is beneficial to fight off those cravings. For my own diet I just increase the amount of fiber to combat all the sweets and add some extra cardio or a bit more volume in the gym. In the end it turns out to be caloric maintenance, you get to enjoy your favorite foods and also build some muscle in the process
