Shaz W: I noticed that you don't wash or soak your rice, but just give it a rinse. It's very important to thoroughly (several times until the water is clear), soak (overnight), rinse again, and cook in a large pot of boiling water - never the total absorption method - to get rid of as much of the highly carcinogenic arsenic as possible. Rice is a grass that grows in stagnant water and absorbs a lot of toxins, such as arsenic. Longitudinal studies have recommend only using this method and to limit your consumption of rice as much as possible. Of course, trade agreements worth billions of dollars per year mean that health warnings not need to be given by manufacturers, despite scientists lobbying for this. Regarding citrus fruits (e.g. oranges and limes), I noticed that yours are shiny, meaning they're probably not organic and therefore are coated in wax. This wax (used as both a pesticide and to preserve citrus fruit) is highly toxic and should not be eaten. Some people wash waxed citrus fruit with hot water in an attempt to remove the wax, but this hardly removes any of the toxic substance used for waxing. Thanks for sharing your ideas. Jason Gibson: So when you meal prep it all in one container like in the video, do you just eat the chicken and ride cold?

Hentzen: Okay so hands off I tried to copy it as good as I could. Unfortunately I could not get all the ingredients. I did not use Olive Oil but Coconut Oil. No lime no honey no ginger etc. I also used Soya Milk for the rice 2 cups of water 1 soya milk. Despite these differences I did it step by step and boy do I have to say, this is the best meal I have cooked for myself in my entire lifetime (21years). I thank you for sharing this recipe with me from the bottom of my heart. Unfortunately I am a student so I do not have much money to spare otherwise I would 100% donate/ buy some of your products. Last but not least I absolutely loved your sense of humour and the game of thrones references etc. I enjoyed cooking although it took a long time and boy was the clean up allot.
