Lily Zarhi: Hey Thomas im quite confused. So I saw 3 different methods when making this. 1) the one you showed, 2) the one you showed but with clarified butter and 3) in a pot on stove, whisk everything in then add knobs of butter gradually whilst whisking. Can you tell me the difference? Which method is best or are they just the same?

TheFairy Nomad: Will it be safe to eat? You're basically blending butter and raw egg yolks.
