Lily Zarhi: Hey Thomas im quite confused. So I saw 3 different methods when making this. 1) the one you showed, 2) the one you showed but with clarified butter and 3) in a pot on stove, whisk everything in then add knobs of butter gradually whilst whisking. Can you tell me the difference? Which method is best or are they just the same?
