rkingsiv: I think you are wrong. You can be in ketosis without being fat adapted, I believe. I was n ketosis 3 days after getting on a high fat diet, but I am sure I am not adapted! Do you still hold this opinion? I've heard Adaptation can continue to develop over many months. Simply being in ketosis is not being fat adapted. Agree?

A few other Youtubers (females) say that females should do 80/15/5 which for me is 64g but the standard 75/20/5 puts me at 106g after activity level is factored in which seems like a lot and both numbers are so far off from each other.

SFerris: So I'm 6'2" 230 muscular build but about 29% bmi. Been doing Keto for 7 weeks. Lost about 9lbs real quick at first then stalled. Cals at about 1900, 70-80% fat, 20-25% protein and less than 30 net carbs. Either hike or walk 1-2 times a week and trying to lift a few times as well. I'm very accurate with cal counting and also testing for ketones and very often in ketosis. Also fasting till about 2:00pm and I'm not ever super hungry. Question is why the stall with that much to lose? It should be melting off at this point?!?!

Glenda Kay: Stephanie the keto girl or whatever does advocate very strict protein intake and taking reading from a dual glucometer. Keto sticks do not always work if you drink lots of water. which is crazy cause you need to drink lots of water.

Will Vaughn 6.3: I have a question, I'm currently doing keto and intermediary fasting. Every week I do a full 24hour fast, I feel great while doing the 24 hour fast but once I eat and I do eat slowly I never feel good after a long fast meal. Can you explain if there is a reason for this or maybe a better way of breaking a 24hour fast into my first meal. For example I usually have a big meal ( 70% fat at least and 25% protein with the rest as greens ) should I eat a smaller meal after the fast ? Thanks

Will Vaughn 6.3: I've been on kito diet for 1 month for concussion purposes. Before starting this diet I ate well but I had to eat often ( like 3 meals and 2 snacks since I was diagnosed with low blood sugar and therefore after a couple hours without eating I would feel tired and irritated. The biggest difference I have seen since being on kito is that I can go 24hours easily without eating and I feel amazing.
