Keto Trucker: I love how he always talks to you, not at you. And just feel he's cheering me on. Thank you brother.

melotheory: what about in regions where there is constant fruits like tropical and sub-tropical regions? surely there has to be a large population who has developed in these regions.

Sisa Limpson: Is gender a factor as well when it comes to calculating protein?? A few other Youtubers (females) say that females should do 80/15/5 which for me is 64g but the standard 75/20/5 puts me at 106g after activity level is factored in which seems like a lot and both numbers are so far off from each other.

Martina Seitz: You do not feel awesome for a few weeks or even months, just saying...... Good video, but for some people it does take a lot longer to get adapted.

TecksTV: I am not looking forward to adapting again. I fell off the keto wagon after I got a new, fairly stressful job and i've gained back the 25 lbs ive lost. I need to find my willpower again.

Charles Herbert: on Mg via examine.com: "Any form of magnesium can be used to attenuate a magnesium deficiency, except magnesium L-threonate, since it contains less elemental magnesium per dose. Gastrointestinal side-effects, like diarrhea and bloating, are more common when magnesium oxide or magnesium chloride are supplemented, due to the lower absorption rates of these two forms. In general, magnesium citrate is a good choice for supplementation. Magnesium L-threonate can be used for cognitive enhancement."

Joshua Flurry: you're awesome you explain everything in detail I subscribed got to watch more

Gary: Great video, I have a general question. I keep hearing about keto breath, but some say it is actually too high of protein.Have you had this, what are your thoughts? Your videos are very helpful by the way

SFerris: So I'm 6'2" 230 muscular build but about 29% bmi. Been doing Keto for 7 weeks. Lost about 9lbs real quick at first then stalled. Cals at about 1900, 70-80% fat, 20-25% protein and less than 30 net carbs. Either hike or walk 1-2 times a week and trying to lift a few times as well. I'm very accurate with cal counting and also testing for ketones and very often in ketosis. Also fasting till about 2:00pm and I'm not ever super hungry. Question is why the stall with that much to lose? It should be melting off at this point?!?!

Mszre: I went from keto to psmf. Man. Im going back to keto. Psmf made me go nuts on hunger. And then today i ate a bunch of avocados and i felt soooo good! I ate soo much chicken on psmf. I been reading about metabolic types, and fats seem to slow digestion in stressed out individuals like myself. Where as on psmf, it was increasing my digestive rate qnd my stress. I was losing equal amounts of weight on psmf and on keto, i have more of a fuck it type of mindset, but on carbs and psmf i get paralysis by analysis.

Glenda Kay: Stephanie the keto girl or whatever does advocate very strict protein intake and taking reading from a dual glucometer. Keto sticks do not always work if you drink lots of water. which is crazy cause you need to drink lots of water.

ghost mj: Can my Grandmother take maca? She is 78 and I am wondering if it is healthy for elderly people.

Armando Broncas: I wuna lose stubborn belly fat

Sjuul: Really good information I will subscribe !

The Game of Growing: brilliant vid. backstory in. will rewatch. ty. added ginko nuts to everyday intake...thinking Maca may be next addition.

Justen Harden: One of the only dudes in the world I wouldn't mind listening to casually talk for this long. Pleasure to be subbed.

Will Vaughn 6.3: I have a question, I'm currently doing keto and intermediary fasting. Every week I do a full 24hour fast, I feel great while doing the 24 hour fast but once I eat and I do eat slowly I never feel good after a long fast meal. Can you explain if there is a reason for this or maybe a better way of breaking a 24hour fast into my first meal. For example I usually have a big meal ( 70% fat at least and 25% protein with the rest as greens ) should I eat a smaller meal after the fast ? Thanks

Will Vaughn 6.3: I've been on kito diet for 1 month for concussion purposes. Before starting this diet I ate well but I had to eat often ( like 3 meals and 2 snacks since I was diagnosed with low blood sugar and therefore after a couple hours without eating I would feel tired and irritated. The biggest difference I have seen since being on kito is that I can go 24hours easily without eating and I feel amazing.

BullB Man: nearly 4 weeks in keto. Still not noticing significant sign of adaptation. I mean things got slightly better than the first week. But not nearly as energetic as described by the fully adapted ppl. 170lb, ~12%BF, 130-170g of protein per day, less than 30g net carbs(mostly <20g) lifting 3 times a week, supplementing electrolyte, no keto flu symptoms. Just still feel a bit weak and tired/less motivated. More of all, I still havent adapted to coconut oil. I started to take 10g in a coffee, then a diarrhoea will follow within an hour. I downed it to 5g per day, still feel some abnormal bowel movement after taking it. Some said it could take months to get adapted to coconut oil if never taken before. Is that true? I really want the energy thats said by everybody.

KetoKate: Nice!
